SI Mag Subwoofers

    The Mag D2 is a subwoofer that will provide you with totally accurate, deep bass, while still letting you put things in your trunk.

With a mounting depth of only 5.5”, an enclosure requirement of 1 cubic foot sealed, and the Mag’s improved signature sound quality, the new Mag D2 delivers exactly what you’re after.

Designed from the ground-up using Finite Element Analysis we equipped the Mag with a linear motor technology called XBL^2™, which keeps BL constant, providing you with much less distortion and cleaner output. After all, that’s what you’re after – less distortion, cleaner output, and better sound quality.

Other features include a 3” diameter, high power voice coil, integrated copper Faraday ring to lower inductance, voice coil leads sewn on top of the spider to eliminate tapping, and top choice soft parts.

The Mag D2 has a motor that is built into the basket which reduces the mounting depth by over an inch compared to other subwoofers in its class. Housing the motor inside the basket also reduces weight. Why pay for heavy big-box subwoofers when you can get better performance with half the weight and half the enclosure size?
